The Animals

Well, I don’t really have any farm animals, what with living in the trailer park, but I do have five cats (plus one recently moved away). The three males are about four years old, are all siblings, and they traveled to us by car from Kentucky. There mama’s owner is my cousin.

Rowan:

Rowan, with his Pixie.

He is mine. He is s black cat, and is named after an Anne Rice character. When he came to us he was this little fluffball. My cousin had thought that he was a she. He wasn’t. Rowan likes to play fetch, and used to love to play peek-a-boo. He loves his Pixie.

Tigerr (Yes, with two r’s.):

Tigerr likes to pester people when they are trying to use the computer.

He is Zowie’s cat. He is our sickly cat. I don’t know why, but he has always had periods of sickness. The vet said that it is nothing serious. He is the most loving cat I have ever known.

Zander:

Zander is very lovey when he wants to go outside.

Skye’s cat. Recently moved with his mama. He is very regal, the king. Generally speaking, you go to him, he does not go to you. Unless he is in a rare kind of mood.

Pixie is our female cat. She is not fixed. She is the product of my sister Sheila’s male cat (Rosta) and my sister Katie’s female cat (Spot). She is very spirited. She is Rowan’s cat, and knows it. Rowan takes very good care of her.

All of our cats love to catch mice, so they are practicing for the homestead life as well. Actually, Tigerr will also move when his mom get her first places. Rowan and Pixie will stay with me.

Our two new additions are also mine, so will stay with me. They are Sprite and Fae, and have come to us not very old at all.

Not a good picture of me at all. Zowie snapped this photograph of me and the new kittens the other day. Their names are Sprite and Fae (pronounced Faye).

Animals I would like to own:

geese

ducks

turkeys

Animals I am also learning about:

(I may or may not decide to get these)

cows

goats

sheep
